While driver deaths are continuing to rise, smaller vehicles still pose as the largest risk per the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. Looking at data from the 2014 model year, the number per million, was 30. That is 2 more than 28 per million in 2011. But the range of deaths by vehicle vary, dramatically. 11 vehicles had 0 driver deaths for the 2014 model year. The 11 vehicles are:

The models with the most per million were:
