Fitness Guru Health Tips While On The Road
Fitness is important to maintain on the road, and staying healthy is easier than you think. Siphiwe Baleka, a former Division I Swimmer from Yale went from Olympic qualifying runs in 1992, to trucking driving in 2008 so he could explore the world. Within months he noticed his metabolism drop, and he gained 10% of his weight. He knew this was not sustainable, so he created a fitness regiment that was quick and easy but helped him stay healthy while traveling. Starting with just 4 minutes of rigorous exercise per day, and working up to 15 minutes when you are ready. Baleka also suggests eating every 3 hours in order to boost your metabolism, and keep your body burning at all times.
