2018 Ram Features Four-Cylinder Engine
The Fiat Chrysler Ram was spotted in Denver with its hood up. Upon closer inspection, it appears that the pickup truck was fitted with a smaller, four-cylinder engine. This is likely, and to better compete with the Ford Eco-Boost Series. While we don’t know where this new engine is being built, its speculated that it may be from the same family that powers the FCA family, including the New 300 horsepower Wrangler. The 2018 model will be gaining a mild hybrid 48 Volt Electrical system, for a natural turbo charge. The pickup will likely debut in its production form at the 2018 Detroit Auto Show.
